There’s a variety of ways that individuals with disabilities are supported within their community. TNC Community offers a range of services to meet that spectrum of need – from the medically fragile individuals who require 24/7 care to individuals who need just a little bit of assistance while they’re attending school. TNC understands that every disability is as unique as the person, so we customize our care to meet the need. Whether you need 2 hours or 24 hours, we’re here to help.

Respite Care

Respite care is temporary relief for caregivers from the ongoing responsibilities involved with providing supportive services. Respite is available either in the home, in the community or at other sites. These short-term breaks are designed to support the primary caregiver relationship while being responsive to all the needs of the individual.

Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Services

PCA Services help individuals with day-to-day activities in their home and community – such as employment or community access. Services include essential daily living activities, health-related procedures and tasks, light housekeeping and meal preparation.
